Brief Review: Whats New in this build frankly nothing is new that you will notice but what you will notice is the booting speed of this ROM and the free RAM u will get. So Should you download it, its your call there is not a major change in this build if u are on build#9 or Build#10 you can stay on those but if you are on lower build before Build#9 then you should probably download it.

Just keeping the CM9 builds up to date, no significant changes really, Cyanogen changes to date (not much) and some build.prop tweaks for faster/smoother data connection speeds, stripped out VideoEditor, Extras folder, Videos, CMUpdater,Voice Search

Installation Instructions for CWM:

First time installing CyanogenMod 9 to your Htc Explorer/Pico, or coming from another ROM:

- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM9 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Goto mounts/storage, mount cache, data, system, sd-ext
- Format boot, cache, data, system, sd-ext, (Advanced Menu) Dalvik
- Flash CM9 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore data using Titanium Backup! they might cause FC's
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!

Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 9:
- Copy CM9 ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM9 zip from SDCard
- Reboot
